Sustainability Policy


Apartaestudios La Candelaria is committed to providing a sustainable accommodation service, assuming the principles specifically adopted in the Sectoral Technical Standard NTS-TS 002, through which we undertake to carry out a sustainable management of its activities by adopting commitments aimed at preventing, eliminating or reducing the impact of our activities and facilities, both internal and external, as well as optimizing the sustainability of the establishment by improving its behavior with the environment.

Flora and fauna protection policy


Apartaestudios La Candelaria is committed to the preservation of flora and fauna species in Colombian territory, for this it is one hundred percent responsible for the enactment of laws 599 of 2000 and law 397 of 1997 that prohibit the exploitation and trafficking of flora and fauna, at any time when it is suspected that an individual is carrying out these activities, the police will be notified. Law 599 of 2000 of the Colombian Penal Code establishes that it is illegal to introduce, exploit, traffic, trade, take advantage of and benefit from specimens, products or parts of fauna, floristic, forestry, hydrobiological resources of threatened or endangered species or genetic resources.

Data protection law


In compliance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012, "By which general provisions are dictated for the protection of personal data" and in accordance with the provisions of Decree 1377 of 2013, I voluntarily, previously, explicitly, informedly and unequivocally authorize the processing of personal data for purposes related to its object and especially for legal, contractual, and missionary purposes described in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

Code of conduct for the prevention of ESCNNA


  • Guests are informed that our facilities apply Article 16 of Law 679 of August 3, 2001, regarding the protection of minors from prostitution.
  • Request information from guests and companions of minors about their identification documents: passport if foreign and citizenship card if national.
  • In the case of minors, an identity card or civil registry is required to verify the relationship that identifies them as first-degree relatives. If the person is staying with another minor relative who is not the child, it is reported that they must carry a letter of authorization from their parents to stay.
